Shipping policy
Snack Daddy USA does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Product processing time is 2-3 business days of receiving an online order, we make no guarantees and will accept no liability for a longer processing time.
Once the order has been processed, we will send you a shipping confirmation notification including the package tracking information.

When you place an order over $75 (USD) you will get FREE standard shipping.

All pricing, taxes, shipping rates, etc are listed and executed in United States Dollars.
We have the right to cancel any order at any time with a full refund.
We ship most packages with UPS or FedEx to the lower 48 States. Mail couriers are subject to change at anytime with the sole discretion of Snack Daddy USA.
Damaged & Temperature
Snack Daddy USA will accept no liability for damaged products due to weather or shipping damage. Chips & Chocolate are especially susceptible to shipping damage.
When the weather is warm to your shipping destination, it becomes increasingly difficult to guarantee chocolate will arrive in its original condition. When temperatures are above 82°F (28°C), Chocolate may melt in transit. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any temperature-related damages caused during shipping. By purchasing these chocolates, you acknowledge that you're aware of the melting risks. If you would like to add an additional layer of protection to your chocolate items you can purchase an ice pack and insulated mailer.
Orders have an estimated processing time of 2-3 business days but this can rise during high volume periods. Please note that any order that contains chocolate purchased on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday. This is to further protect your chocolate from melting at a mail facility.
Order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee in order to cover labor, time spent and the cost of products being off the website during busy periods.
If the address provided to Snack Daddy USA by you upon checkout matches the exact address we shipped your order to and your tracking information shows as successfully shipped, it is the sole responsibility of the courier to deliver it to you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and you should contact your the courier should any problems arise.
We recommend if you're not going to be home during delivery hours, we suggest calling the courier and asking them to hold your package at a local office for pick up to prevent it from being lost or stolen.
Gift Cards
When you purchase a Snack Daddy USA gift card you will receive an email containing your gift card. You will NOT receive a physical gift card.
