Where are you located?

Our warehouse and offices are located in Las Vegas, NV. Although our facility is not open to the public, there are local retailers on the Las Vegas Strip that carry our products. 

How can I cancel my order?

Email Support@snackdaddyusa.com with cancellation request and subject it with your order number. We will do our best to process the cancellation and issue you a full refund ASAP.

NOTE: We cannot cancel your order if it has already been shipped out.

Can you pack my order on TikTok?

We would love to! Comment your order number on one of our recent TikTok videos to catch our media team's attention.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee everyone's order will be packed on video as there are so many requests and not enough time to do everybody’s orders unless we hold all those orders for weeks prior to shipping.

I am interested in a partnership/collaboration with Snack Daddy USA.

Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are normally picked, packed and shipped out within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends), at which point, you will be provided with a tracking number via email/SMS.

This can vary, of course. It can be a little bit longer when we are experiencing extremely high levels of traffic OR if there is a problem with your order.

It's not all bad news though- your order may also be shipped out within an hour of placing your order! Assuming all the stars are aligned, of course.

If there is ever a problem with your order, our support team will email you with more information. Please be sure to check your inbox and spam folders for any contact attempts if your order hasn't shipped within 3 business days.

How long does shipping take?

USA:

Shipping times vary based on your location but normally ranges from 1-7 days (<1-2 business days for processing + 1-5 shipping days).

The average time from the time you place your order to the moment it is delivered to your door is 3 to 4 days.

Rest of the World:

Processing time for international orders remains the same (1-2 business days). Depending on which shipping option you choose, shipping times for international orders are normally 3-14 shipping days.

Snack Daddy USA is not responsible for any delays in shipping due to courier or recipient.

Where do you offer shipping to?

We ship worldwide!

If you have any trouble checking out, please contact our support team at Support@snackdaddyusa.com. You can include a screenshot or list of what's in your cart alongside your shipping address and we will email you back a payment link.

It’s been 3 business days, and I haven’t received an update on my order.

We do our absolute best to get your order out to you ASAP.

Please take holiday and weekend closures into consideration. If you haven't received your tracking number within 3 business days, please check your email inbox and spam/junk box for a contact attempt from our support team regarding your order.

If you have not received any communication and believe your order is delayed, feel free to contact us at Support@snackdaddyusa.com with your order number in the subject line for an update.

Products

Are your products expired?

No, we have a quality control team at our warehouse to ensure that our inventory is separated by date into batches and properly rotated.

Many of our products are imported, therefore, expiration dates are formatted differently than what you may normally see in your home country. This can cause confusion and frustration with some customers who are under the impression that we sent them expired product. Here are the common formats for expiration dates. Please feel free to contact us at Support@snackdaddusa.com to clarify if you suspect your product is expired.

USA:

MM/DD/YYYY or MM/DD/YY

International:
DD/MM/YYYY or DD/MM/YY

YY/MM/DD or YYYY/MM/DD

(International products don't always have expiration dates. Instead they have production dates marked on the product and the factory provides the corresponding expected shelf life for those products.)

How do you prevent chocolate from melting during summer?

If chocolate is part of your order and it is traveling through a warm climate (we are located in Las Vegas, NV) you have the option to add ice packs during checkout and/or insulated mailer.
